An amazing glass display case I scored for $80 on gumtree. Has three drawers all with secret storage hidden in the back and to top it off it is also illuminated! You can even lock the drawers 🙂 cabinet_final

Another beauty I scored from my Antique shop visit today. Some gold edge gilded playing cards, the picture does not do them justice they are very pretty. These also seem to be from the Waddington Playing card Company, but under a different name "John Waddington Ltd". Anyone have any idea what year these may have been manufactured?dt1_both
Went to my local antique shop and got some goodies today. Here we have two decks in this black velvet box from Waddingtons Playing Card Co. The box reads: "By Appointment To Her Majesty The Queen Manufactures Of Playing Cards Waddinngtons Playing Card Co LTD."
I Wonder what year these are?waddingtons_both
