Another thing not mentioned here so far is distribution. If you are US based you would likely want to talk to Gamblers warehouse or another distribution center. I believe these centers do the assembly as if I am mistaken the cards get printed a company like USPCC/LPCC/EPCC/Cartamundi and then the tucks get printed elsewhere and need to be assembled and sealed if you are sealing them.
