Alloy Decks without numbered seals?

  I’m still kinda new to collecting, but I just found Alloy cobalt decks without the numbered seals. So was there more than 500 printed, just 500 numbered? Or what am I not understanding.

  This is exactly what I am talking about, these pictures are clearly on the sellers counter and no seal.
