Issues when ordering playing cards online

Hi guys, I’m new and I couldn’t find the exact forum where to post my doubt, so I decided to post it here.
Well, I’ve decided to start a little business(would be more like a hobby) selling cards where I live as the market isn’t saturated with other sellers (at least in my city).So I did some research and I’m planning to buy 20-30 decks(customs in my country doesn’t allow me to buy things that cost more than $200 + shipping) from Bicycle (their official webpage)
I tend to worry a lot when buying things online and now that I’m about to take a final decision about it, I read that sometimes decks come faulty. How rare is this and how could I protect myself from possible clients that receive a faulty deck?
