Hi guys, so I’ve sent a deck over to Canada from Singapore on the April 30th.
However my buyer has since been pushing me to file for a claim as he is convinced it is lost, but I have already declared the price of the deck to be $2 due to tax. What can I do now? Compensation or just try with the post office?

P.S. I did try with the post office last month but they told me to wait until mid july to see if anything happens

More like the item is still in transit all this time, the post office on my side can’t give me anymore answers since the package is already out of my country.

Still in transit to the point that the tracking number expired.

Never had this situation come up for me, but sounds like it most likely isnt going to get delivered. Doesnt sound like there is much to do except make a claim, unfortunate that you didnt insure the package tho.
