These are tax stamps meaning they’re from before 1965, most likely between 1940 / 1965.
I have never heard or seen these cards but they tuck looks MINT! Very nice find 🙂

The Caravan Decks are $5/$15.
The Steamboats appear opened so $10/$20The sample King of Clubs is interesting – can you show a photo of the back?
