Collector Playing Cards finds your privacy very important. We will therefore process and use your data in a secure manner, entirely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Article 1. Who are we?
Collector Playing Cards is a trade name of company Aron and Sharon VOF, established at (2273 CE) Voorburg at Uhlenbeckstraat 5. We are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 62745115. We are the controller of your personal data.
Article 2. What information do we use?
Here you can find an overview of the data that we process about you, why we do this, what legal basis we have to be able to process this data and how long we will keep this data.
We process your name, place of residence, e-mail, telephone number and other data that are necessary to deliver our services optimally to you in order to make the execution of the agreement possible. You can think of the URL of your website, FTP data, cPanel data, relocation code (if applicable) and VAT number. We use this information to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. We retain this data until 7 years after the end of our agreement.
To manage your order, we will retain your name, billing address, e-mail, telephone number, purchase history, payment details and website details up to 7 years after our agreement. We do this on account of implementation and any change to the agreement.
We believe it is important to be able to properly maintain the relationship with you as a customer. For our CRM system we store your name, user name, e-mail, location, order history, browser, telephone number, support tickets, quotations, language, sub contacts, payment method and currency. You have given permission for this by entering into an agreement with us. We will delete this data after 7 years after our agreement.
For invoicing and our financial administration, we process your name, company name, billing address, VAT number, customer number, telephone number, e-mail, bank details and outstanding balance. We will not be able to process your payment without this information. We therefore need this information for the execution of the agreement. Based on the statutory obligation of the tax authorities, we will retain this information for up to 7 years after the end of our agreement.
If you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, e-mail, account number, telephone number, order number and the content of this complaint with correspondence in order to come to the best possible solution for you. We use this information for optimal execution of the agreement. We will retain data relating to complaints up to 1 year after completion.
Collector Playing Cards has a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for our marketing purposes. We use your name and e-mail for direct marketing. We will keep this information until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
To enable and optimize this website we use analytics and retargeting services. We have a commercial interest in using your surfing habits and related data to analyze our service and improve it where necessary. We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel and are bound to the retention terms of Google and Facebook.
